This juice combo is perfect for those times when you feel like shedding some extra water weight, whether it be in preparation for a wedding or to detox after a week of unhealthy food and alcohol.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 5 celery stalks

If juice isn’t your thing, try out this nutrient-packed salad recipe instead! This combination of ingredients is perfect when you’re in a rush or don’t feel like spending a lot of time packing a lunch for work – just toss in a bowl and go. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice a healthy diet.

For the Salad:

  • 3 medium beets
  • 3 cups of arugula
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

If you weren’t aware, kale is one of the greatest superfoods on the planet! It contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, and vitamin K. All of these properties promote digestion and positive skin, hair, and heart health! We made this recipe a little sweeter with the addition of dried cherries and apple slices.

For the Salad:

  • 1 large bunch of kale, ribs removed and roughly chopped
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup dried cherries
  • ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 servings of our Hemp tincture
